Help!

Here we are 2 weeks away from the expected arrival of our baby boy, and he still doesn't have a name. I know I did the poll to the right, but nothing we've found so far really seems to fit. I am asking those out there who view my blog to list some of your favorite boy names. Hopefully we'll be inspired by them and this child won't have to go through life being called Hey You. Thanks!

  1. Tyler likes Diesel, Brick, and Chisle. Oh, and Tyler.
I like McKay, Lincoln, George (T won't let me use that one!), and Ashton. All good roll model names, too :)
Really, we have a tough time with boy names also. Good luck (oh, and do you guys want to come to dinner before you have that kid? although you'll still be welcome after!)

  2. WOW, two weeks?!?! Where have I been? I had no idea it was that soon! Yes, perhaps we should wait to get together until after the little man has arrived...

I am partial to Cole, but only because that's my son's name. Cole actually wasn't named until the day we left the Hospital! We were considering Owen and Wyatt, as well. I also like the names Grant, Todd, Zach...pretty basic. Whatever you chose, I know it will fit him perfectly! Keep me posted on his arrival!! I better get to sewing you some onesies...

  3. Don't name him Kaden, I hear that CONSTANTLY! No, never mind, that's just my opinion. You can name him whatever you want. I have liked Reuben, Trevor, Brady, Tanner, Dylan, Oliver, James, Andrew. Just a thought. I found Ruby by going over and over the SS Index, trying not to use something in the top 100.

  4. I like the way I got my name, but I don't know if it has already been done in your family. My dad's closest brother died of cancer fairly unexpectedly about a year or so before I was born. His name was Dale.

    Other votes are for:
    Mitchell
    Austin
    Caleb
    Derek

  5. 2 weeks, how exciting!! Our last one we couldn't agree on a name until after he was born.

    My boys names are:

    Jacob
    Ethan
    Alexander (we call him Xander)
    Ashton

I also really liked Adin, Isaac, and Caleb. I have nephews with those names, and would have chosen those if they woudln't have been taken. :)

  6. Hi Angie, Well one of the names we had to give up, since only one boy in our family was... Don't laugh, but it was my favorite, Zebulon. Others were Isaac,& Jared. I now also like Micah a whole lot. Anyway, so much for my two cents. Can't wait to find out what you will come up with. Love You all!

  7. I loved the name Blake but Q vetoed it. Still might use it so it's just on loan, okay?

    Carter
    Blake
    Austin
    Levi

  9. One of my favorite boy names is Hunter, I think it is really cute. I just see a little mountain man when I think of that. I also have always like the name Riley. But that is kind of a neutral name. I am sure whatever his name is he will be darling. Love Audra
